How to CHANGE ourselves to be the BEST?

How many of us ask ourselves " How could I do better?" in our own lives, personal or at work. Look at your company, do they ask what it is they can do better? or if we are a supervisor or line manager , how often we reassess what it is we can do better? or even help our staff to do better?




What it takes to be the BEST?

1. We must be able to handle criticsm appropriately
2. We must utter honesty
3. WE must continue to do assessment
4. We must Continue to search for growth
5. WE must believe we are always special in own way
